This DPO ACE I review session is designed primarily for participants of LIGHTS’ DPO ACE I Online Learning Sessions. For a nominal fee, however, it shall be open to anyone taking the NPC's DPO ACE I Certification Exam. Those taking it are expected to have undergone DPO ACE I training from any of the NPC’s accredited T3 training partners.

The review session will cover the NPC’s prescribed DPO ACE I topics, but arranged according to LIGHTS’ training modules:
Introduction to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations
Data Protection Officer and Privacy Program
Privacy Impact Assessment
Security Incident Management
Data Subject Rights
Third-Party Management and Regulatory Engagement
Digital handouts will be provided.

Participants may choose between the following schedules: Option 1: 11 April 2023, 9 AM to 12 NN Option 2: 13 April 2023, 1 PM to 4 PM
The review session is contingent on NPC's Exam schedule. Participants will be informed of any changes.
